Knight Frank Singapore Unifies Auction and Sales Under Nicholas Keong
Knight Frank Singapore has restructured its leadership, appointing Nicholas Keong to head its auction, prime residential sales, leasing, and private office divisions. The move consolidates three business lines under one executive following the departure of former head Tan Tee Khoon.

Knight Frank Singapore has appointed Nicholas Keong to lead its auction business while also overseeing prime residential sales, leasing, and private office operations. The leadership change unifies three business lines under a single executive, aiming to strengthen client service for property owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
This restructuring follows the departure of Tan Tee Khoon, the former head of auction and sales, who left the firm in 2025 to pursue other interests. Knight Frank sees an opportunity to bolster its residential platform through this integrated approach. Low Kin Hon, the interim CEO of Knight Frank Singapore, stated that the unified structure would enable the delivery of integrated solutions for clients navigating a volatile market.
Keong's expanded role and background
Nicholas Keong, who took over as head of auction on October 23, 2025, already held responsibility for prime residential sales, leasing, and the private office. He has built a strong reputation within the firm's residential business. Keong brings extensive experience advising clients across a broad spectrum of property transactions to his expanded role.
Tan Tee Khoon's departure and interim leadership
Tan Tee Khoon left Knight Frank Singapore in 2025. He had rejoined the firm earlier that same year as managing director of corporate affairs and head of the Knight Frank Property Network, having previously held roles at Knight Frank between 2011 and 2019. His departure followed the resignation of Galven Tan as CEO of Knight Frank Singapore three months prior.
Low Kin Hon, who previously served as deputy CEO and head of valuation and advisory, stepped in as interim CEO after Galven Tan's resignation. Galven Tan had left the firm two and a half years after joining, following the parent company's full acquisition of its Singapore partner's stake.
KFPN unit closure and timeline
A key part of the restructuring involves the wind-down of the Knight Frank Property Network unit. The KFPN, which was previously led by Tan Tee Khoon, was wound down in July 2025 and will cease operations entirely by the end of the year. This closure frees resources for the new unified service model.
The leadership changes at Knight Frank are part of a broader shift within Singapore's real estate services sector. On the same day Keong's appointment was announced, Savills Singapore appointed Christopher Loh as its new head of facilities management. Loh brings over 25 years of experience, having previously managed large-scale operations generating more than $70 million in annual turnover.
Knight Frank's consolidation under Nicholas Keong is designed to foster stronger collaboration across its teams. The firm expects this integrated leadership to deliver seamless, coordinated services to property owners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
