Editorial Policy
The editorial policy of TheRentAndYield defines what the site will and will not publish. Our coverage is strictly limited to the factual mechanics of city property markets, their yields, and the rules governing foreign buyers. We do not publish betting content, invented quotes, or any material about an individual’s private life. Nothing on this site constitutes personal health, legal, or financial advice; all information is for general reference only and must not be treated as instruction.
We maintain a clear separation between reporting and reference material. The reference pages, such as those on city markets or country rules, contain established, verifiable facts presented neutrally. The news section contains time-sensitive reporting on market events, regulatory changes, and economic data. All reporting is sourced where possible and clearly presented as contemporary journalism, distinct from the static reference library.
When a claim cannot be independently verified from primary sources or reputable reporting, it is not published. We do not speculate. If a relevant point of common discussion lacks clear verification, we will describe the discussion itself and state the fact of its unconfirmed status, rather than present the claim as truth.
All images are treated with the same factual rigour. We use real photographs with appropriate credits where they exist. We will never publish a software-generated image depicting a real person’s face, as this contradicts our commitment to authenticity. Charts and graphics are based on cited data.
Readers with corrections, suggestions, or queries regarding our editorial content are welcome to contact the editors. Correspondence should be addressed to the editorial team via the contact form provided on TheRentAndYield website.
